What this service covers
The membrane and its details
EPDM is a rubber membrane used for flat roofing. A good result depends on more than the main sheet: the deck, adhesion, edge trims, outlets and connections to adjoining walls all need the right preparation and detailing.
Compatible repair or a new EPDM roof
We assess whether EPDM suits your garage, extension or other domestic flat roof. For an existing rubber roof, we check the membrane and junctions before explaining whether a compatible repair is practical. For renewal, the quotation defines the preparation, covering and roof-edge work.
