Fascia boards run along the roof edge and commonly support the guttering. We check the existing boards, accessible supporting timber and adjoining roofline details before proposing replacement.
An uneven finish along the eaves may need attention.
Replacement and adjoining work
The quotation defines the fascia work and whether guttering, soffits or other nearby details are included. The condition of the underlying timber matters, so covering a visibly tired board is not treated as the same thing as replacing a defective roofline. Hidden timber may need further assessment during the agreed work.
