Flat Roof Repairsin Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset and surrounding areas
A leak does not always mean a new flat roof. We check the cause and condition before explaining whether a local repair is suitable.
How it works
Flat Roof Problem
Leaks, ponding water or damage to the covering may need a local repair. We check where the problem starts.
We Inspect the Roof
We check the covering, edges, outlets and accessible roof details to find the cause of the leak.
Repair or Replacement?
If a sound repair will do the job, we’ll say. If the roof needs more extensive work, we explain why and give you a clear quote.

What this service covers
Finding the cause
A leaking flat roof does not always need replacing. We check the covering, seams, edges, outlets and adjoining walls to find where water is getting in and whether a local repair is a sensible option.
Water collecting near an outlet or a recurring leak after an earlier repair may need attention.
When repair or renewal is suitable
Repairs depend on the existing roofing system and the condition beneath it. If the covering has failed across a wider area, the deck is damaged or drainage needs changing, we will explain why replacement may offer a better result. You receive a clear scope before deciding.

Can you repair just the leaking part?
A local repair may be enough if the surrounding covering and the boards beneath are sound. We assess the cause of the leak before recommending the work.
