What this service covers
The valley and the surrounding roof
A roof valley channels water where two roof slopes meet. Leaks can be caused by the valley lining, debris, failing joints or the tiles alongside it. We check the valley, accessible supporting details and the surrounding roof before recommending work.
Water backing up around the valley or repeated leaks after patching may need attention.
Local repair or valley renewal
Where replacement is needed, the scope includes the appropriate lining and the adjoining details needed to carry water away properly. If a local repair is sufficient, we will explain that option. Where possible, photographs support the quotation and help explain the condition of hard-to-see areas.

Does a leaking valley mean I need a new roof?
Not necessarily. The channel between two roof slopes may be repaired or renewed on its own if the adjoining roof is sound.
